I have to start by saying that both Mike Crespo and Louis Oosten are exceptional at their jobs. I am truly impressed with their level of professionalism and the level of customer service provided since I walked into your dealership. I am use to buying high end vehicles for myself and I have to compare your dealership to that level of service. I am truly impressed that Executive Kia in Wallingford match it. I was a little put off due to an earlier experience at another Kia dealership in the Hartford area. So my impression of that brand was low to begin with.
My daughter was looking for vehicle to replace her recently loss of her last one. She was looking at the Optimas and really wanted one. I search the internet and found several cars one was at Kia in Wallingford. Mike was outstanding and was understanding of our needs and her budget. His presentation from the beginning was on point. He was patient and followed up when he stated he will. His constant communication with my daughter about the process was amazing. He kept her in the loop and when it came time for delivery he didn't drop the ball either, it was flawless. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this young man makes it to the top 2 salesmen in my book. Made me even consider wanting to buy a Kia in the future. Way to go Mike.... let's not forget Lou Oosten, his peoples skills are extraordinary. He made the paperwork process appealing, it is usually the part I dread the most due to the length of time it takes. He has it down to a science and speedy process.
