Extremely unprofessional customer service, who kept me waiting on a plumber thrice delayed because the plumber was 'busy with other works'. Customer service agent (Ben) would not empathise even after I'd told them that I'd been waiting on the plumber for over 72hrs. They refused to send another until the offending plumber had his 'final chance' to come re-visit. How is it that I am expected to wait for any longer if the plumber misses more than 3 appointments? STAY AWAY from this offensively inept company.
