I experienced a bad incident in which I totaled my brand new Chevy Colorado 3 days after purchase. Bob Brown went above and beyond during this timeframe and worked closely with my insurance adjustor to ensure that they had access to the wrecked vehicle. The collision department was very good about squeezing my vehicle in between appointments to ensure that the adjustor was able to make a decision on whether to total the vehicle or not. Once the determination was made, my salesmen, Pat Sullivan and Mike Fontana began the search for a replacement new vehicle for me. They were able to find a vehicle that I really love and it even has Front Collision alert! Hahaha I cannot say enough about how wonderful Bob Brown Chevrolet in Urbandale, Iowa has been. I will definitely NEVER buy another vehicle from anyone else.
