I took my Honda Element here for service. They said that the check engine light was on and I needed a service that would cost me over $800 to fix the issue. I had already given the $150 just to look at my car. They said that they would apply that to any service I received. Once they quoted the $800 I said I was going to get a second opinion but asked for another service. They would not apply the $150 to any other service. I got another opinion and it turns out I only needed a tune up that cost another $150 from the second mechanic. ( He never saw the check engine light on and neither did I) That was over 3 months ago. My car has been running perfect every since the tune up. It turns out I didn't need the $800 service they were trying to get me to buy. And, of course they kept the $150 and did absolutely nothing to fix my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE here! I called to express that I was upset and they only tried to sell me a car. Once I explained my issue to someone she said someone would call me back and I never got a call. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
