I m not sure where to start with such a bad experience. First the nurses write on a bracelet what my dad was allergic to and had it wrong. So when I asked the nurse Kelsey about it she was to lazy to help the patient let alone agknowladge their mess up. One lady came stating she was the DON but was just as rude, them got security saying she was unsafe because she also did not want to address their mess up. Then the Dr tried to blame it on the bracelet that his nurse made but then quickly blamed us. I explain that he s the dr and should know. My dad had been there for years and it s clear in his files. Guess what the Dr said he the doctor not us and he knows. WOW we tell him how they messed up and you blame us. Then a nurse DeAnna who was rude, and very unsafe. She cut my dad off while talking to her, stating they are done with him and tried grabbing him. When she was advised multiple times not to touch him she continued to grab at him. At this point security could see the hospital mess up and was helping them a nice nurse Bev came to help. I would not recommend Centerpoint to anyone. They took birthing out to save babies they kept killing, what about everyone else?
