Those from the Rome office ruined my wife's holidays this summer. And they do not even know how to relate to customers who have been disappointed, to whom they respond by mocking them. The Grand Tour of Russia was absolutely disappointing. Discreet hotels, but the dinners were not always up to par. Lunches in restaurants, however, at the level of fast-food, one even in a billiard room with a menu of about ten euros. Indecorous host (unkempt and elusive) and guides (except one, all poorly prepared, approximate and in incomprehensible language). Even for the optional paid outing on the Neva, an indecent boat, a boat, had been booked, arrived after forty-five minutes of waiting. There was little that the group came to the hands with the chaperone.
