I am very upset to know I received a 3rd notice when I never received the 1st one or 2nd one! I called them and spoke to a gentleman to make the payment which the bill shows to be $45.82. I explained I never got the 1st notice and obviously wouldnt have waited so long to pay more. The man did not help and stated that the mail was sent. For the love of God! I asked to speak to someone else to reduce this bc this is not my fault! I was told that the manager would say the same thing. I lost it when the man went over the total. It was not was I expected, the total was $80. Apparently, I was "sent" a 4th notice, which I never got. This company is literally a scam!
