The device I got, partner lux 2, has some issues, it turn off by itself, and the screen was not responding few times, I am trying to return the device, it is hard to get in touch , it looks for me like they are playing games, but this is nothing, so I called ectaco located in NY, the gentleman spoke foreign language with me (my home language) and when I told him that I would like to send it back due to technician issue, he responded to me like:" maybe you dont know how to use it" I responded "I am sorry but I am an IT guy, and I can I know how to use it , and I can tell it is either the software or hardware issue, most likely hardware" he responded " u dont know how to use it, u dont know anything, if you are so smart to return it go ahead and return it, dont buy stuff if you dont know how to use it" I was like WOWWW, I have NEVER EVER hear anything like that !!!! !!! that changed my opinion about this company forever !!,
