The services offered are interrupted when you least expect it.
24/7 assistance is done through the robot, so you cannot solve a problem if you work after lunch.
High speed Internet (from time to time).
A subscription to mobile telephony was made without presenting some aspects (for the elderly), such as closing the telephone signal until the number is assigned to the Telekom network. After the cancellation of the mobile phone subscription prepared with minor concerns, the bill continued to come and the next month for which I was forced to go to their headquarters for the real cancellation of the subscription and the refund of the money (closing the other services if the payment for the above subscription does not it is realizing).
