The company, RooterPLUS, was an awesome experience. I called them with backing up of our Septic System on Saturday night, made an appointment for 10 am to 2 pm, for Sunday, the following day.

They called me at 8:32 and let me know that technician Mike Green will be on site within 45 min. Mike arrived 34 minutes later. He explained everything, verified the septic tank location, called the location service for the county, had me sign my acknowledgement understanding everything, dug and exposed the tank. Then, verified the need for service, took verification pics, and created the quote. E discussed everything and I accepted three of the four recommendations, and the work commenced. Afterwards, I received notice that the county approved everything and that the work was completed.

We reviewed everything on the iPad and I signed everything and made the payment of $827. For everything that was done, the price is fare.

Overall, a great experience and a company that I will ensure is on our list of favorites that will serve our family in the future.
