UPDATE: The miscommunication has been cleared up so far.

Absolutely incompetent service. First I am told that the order can no longer be canceled because it has already been dispatched. A week later I ask where the package is and I am told that the order is still being prepared for shipping. When I asked why the order could not be canceled, the exact same email came first. The order has already been dispatched. What a mess.

Calling is also currently not possible.
