I've tried to call the customer service line and because I do not have a parking charge notice I am unable to get through the first stage of the call.
I do not have this number as I have since moved from my previous property 2 years ago.
Any suggestions on how I can speak to an actual person?

I don't have the PCN number, why else would I be trying to get hold of you?
Let me put it simply. I haven't got access to original letter with the PCN number on there. I have moved away since over 2 years the "offence" took place. Yet I had solicitors calling me up saying I need to make a payment, to something I thought I had dealt with already. As I don't live in said address I have no access to any letters you have been trying to send me.

Please comment something helpful next time, if you read this that is.
