I know for me there was no way I could physically do the job, so I agreed and the interviewers agreed not to waste each others time. And I bowed out of the rest of the interview. Maybe for your sake in the ad explain that job entails heavy lifting and on your feet all the time. With me I have plantar fasciitis and it just would not work out for myself. Someone in better shape with no limitations then job match might be fine.
