My husband and I stayed at the Knickerbocker this past weekend. We were blown away! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They sent someone to escort us to our room and show us how to use some of the room's features. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The only issue we had was when we tried to order room service. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait but had to call back an hour later. The food was excellent when it arrived and they made it right by not charging us. We would definitely recommend the Knickerbocker and will return in the future!
