The Kirkland Group is an average company. They provide decent services and have a good website at kirklandgroup.org. However, there is nothing particularly outstanding about them. Their customer service could use some improvement, as I had some difficulties getting in touch with them. Overall, I would say they are an average company with room for improvement.
