Flowers On Broadway Reviews

The qualitly of flowers is nice, but my bridal bouquet was not close to as I requested it (did not include the all of the correct types of flowers nor the correct colors), even though I was very specific and included a picture. I also stated that I did not not want any peach-colored flowers anywhere in the decor, and my bridal bouquet had peach roses. I wanted them swapped for pink roses, but was told they did not have any in stock that Saturday morning. Flowers on Broadway was more expensive than other local options, and it was nearly impossible to get a quote or an explanation of the charges. Unfortunately I would recommend going elsewhere for your flowers. If there's one piece to get right for a wedding it's the bride's bouquet. :(

I love this little flower shop. Everytime I visit there are different and varied flowers. Last time they had a really beautiful flower from Thailand. It was the perfect variety for the bouquet I needed. The staff are always helpful and the flowers always seem to last better than other places. You can get cheaper flowers in Winona, but if you want the best, go to Flowers on Broadway!

Everytime I walk into this location, I'm always instantly greeted/welcomed. Everyone is very respectful and they get to know you personally. If I bring in my children, they will always talk to them and really make them feel welcomed as well.

Flowers are always beautiful and healthy looking! Even if you don't know quite what you may want to order but have price range, their designers will always make an amazing setup!

I don't go anywhere else when I need to pickup some flowers or have them delivered!

Does anyone else buy cute pots/planters and never fill them? That was my situation, and I recently decided it was time to fill them. I needed someone to advise me and do the work for me, so I went to Flowers on Broadway for help. Sherry, the owner, and her employee, Janeth, were so kind and helpful. They introduced me to some great houseplants after I described the rooms they would go in. Having direct or indirect sunlight makes a big difference, of course. After finally making my choices, I left all the planters with them and within a few days, I had new plants, and they look beautiful in my home!

If you need any custom work done, call Sherry. She is knowledgeable, professional and so fun to work with. I am very happy with my new plants! I will definitely return to Flowers on Broadway in the future -- plants make great gifts!! In previous years, I have ordered flower arrangements from here for special occasions-- they were beautiful and unique. If you have never been to this business before, be sure to stop by. You will be glad you did!

Was very disappointed that flowers in a plant died the next day. Called the business and was told they were inserted with water pods which needed to be watered separately. Wish these directions had come with arrangement. Not satified with this level of service. I had been a customer for a decade but will go elsewhere now.

I got married in October of 2015 and I still dwell about how amazing Flowers on Broadway was! My arrangements were perfect and beautiful. It was beyond my expectations and all of the guests couldn't stop gushing over them! The decorating was done before I even got to the venue and I was completely floored. I would recommend Flowers on Broadway over and over again!

A few weeks ago I ordered a vase of flowers that was for a special sister's birthday. I ordered a week ahead with a picture and was told they could make that exact arrangement including large sunflowers. I was assured it could be delivered in Winona at noon. The flowers did not look anything like what they promised. I had to call at 2:30 to see why they weren't delivered yet. Very unconcerned they said they would be delivering them soon. I see another review online where a bride didn't get what she had ordered either. Beware that you may not get what you are promised at this Flower Shop. I was SO disappointed I bought my own flowers and added beautiful large sunflowers for her!

Very poor, I have stopped on two occasions to get flowers and both times they were said to be open but the doors were locked....not very pleased

Amazing floral designs. Flowers on Broadway has more than just flowers. When you are in need that perfect personalized gift, you have to to check out their selection of or better yet add it to a floral order.

Always a quality place for flowers and they have stem dyed roses.
