They withheld the true cost to defend a trademark opposition. In their initial meeting they quoted $4-6K as a fixed fee proposal. They conveniently forgot to tell us that this would only get us halfway through the process. They then wanted $6k to present evidence and then another $6K to provide documents for a hearing. If we wanted them to then attend the hearing that would have been even more. It turned out to be a lot more than the quoted $4-6K? (For standard procedures that they handle every day)
It would have been handy to know all of this at the start... Snakes.
