Everyone was very confused as to how to direct us (the customers). Some staff was very rude when they learned we (the customers) were not going to be pushed around. They let us ride around with an expired dealer plate because they failed to endorse our payment check correctly and never actually registered our car (on time). We did end up buying there, however even after all papers were signed the work they promised to do was heavily delayed.Won't be going back, or recommending them to anyone
