I brought my kids (6 & 9) to see their favorite player play for the Otters. Evansville is only 2.5 hours from our house, and we made a weekend trip of it. Bosse field is a great venue. It feels as though you re going back in time. I do recommend that you get there quite early if possible to get better parking. Also walk all around the outside of the park to find the best variety of food and shorter lines. The gift shop offered a wide variety of merchandise for such a small shop. I loved that the kids got to run the bases after the game and that all the players lined up to do autographs. We will definitely be back for another game.
