It looks impressive, especially thanks to the lighting at night. The tower architecture resembles Dubai. You will see them from almost every location because they are built on the highest point of Baku. Access is possible by cable car from the boulevard or on foot, and many stairs need to be climbed. Upstairs is a great view, a park with a fountain, statues and a monument.
