I booked a hotel room via last minute travel which utilized this company as a third party booking agent. They charged me twice for the same room though I only got one email confirmation. Seem to be a scam in that no one has the authority to provide a refund and all correspondence goes to outsourced customer support in India without ability to refund. The hotel said they got the second reservation and immediately had it cancelled via the agent although they still charged my card. Still trying to recover my money.
