We absolutely LOVED our visit today! We were able to navigate the park easily, and had surprise discoveries along the way.
My children spent the day laughing and smiling at the antics of the well taken care of animals.
My only grumble about our visit is that the water stations were non-existent! We brought water bottles and were barely able to fill them a third of the way with the water fountains, and I had just assumed that was what was meant by the advertised "water filling stations". I was wrong. Near the exit, there was a lady with one of the orange water coolers. Just one.....and that was the only water station there today. That was our only disappointment during our visit.
Even visiting on a Saturday where the volume of people was astounding, we had no trouble seeing and participating in every attraction! It was supremely hot today, but there was plenty of shade, and opportunities to get out of the heat with indoor attractions. I recommend this zoo to anyone who is thinking of visiting with their family!
