When I had water heater problems, Keith worked very diligently to correct them, contacting the manufacturer to see if the issue could be corrected. When we agreed that it was time for a new system, Mike came out and explained what needed to be done and told me about the RG&E rebate program. Everyone at Isaac has been very kind, but especially Hunter, the young man who installed the unit. He took pride and care in his work and made sure all the piping was arranged very neatly and explained how the system worked. He also made sure I knew where the gas shutoff was in case of an emergency. Plus, he and his co-worker Zach left the basement spotless when they were finished. I am very happy with the service from Isaac and will recommend them to my friends and family.
