Unfortunately i do not have the zero star option. This company has stated clearly that they have the hub open on 24, today. And guess what? My shipment is trapped because they are not answering to emails and phone. Now i am losing money because i cannot present the goods to my clients, i lose some of the image of my business and so on... I prefer working with bigger companies but my international carrier supplier is working with them. For now... So have my advice: FIND A BETTER ONE. Edit: i am so sorry to tell you but I AM A CUSTOMER. ECU Worldwide UK Ltd is YOUR CUSTOMER and you haven't taken time even to ask what is this review about. Rude and without any kind of respect. Even so... There is one guy that TRIED at least few times to have a chat with you TODAY from ECU. I still have the phone logs. But you know what? Because you disturbed my business let's see how we will get in court. I am happy to make public, not only Google, all the details of this thing you call "business". An NO, i do not have to use my real name or details to state my problem. Is called PRIVACY.
