I posted a negative review about a week ago for my wife as she does not have a google acct.

It was an issue regarding billing after my wife could no longer attend the gym after a major surgery.

This issue was handled by Brian the owner very quickly and with the utmost professionalism once he was made aware of the situation.

Many businesses fail on the service part when it comes to returns & cancellations of products or services as these issues do not add to the bottom line and are often overlooked as part of normal customer service.

Thus, the reason for an edited review and thanking Brian for taking BSF's Customer Service to the next level.

Most people would not return to a business out of embarrassment for writing a negative review. Due to the Service & Professionalism by Brian on handling this issue my wife says she will be back when she is ready to do so and will also recommend Big Sky Fitness to to others.
