I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience at a branded dealer. I brought my CTS here to have a rather unconventional issue fixed and the service manager was AMAZING and was the first person to actually sit down and listen to the issue.

They fully addressed an audio rattle that my CTS was experiencing and I tested it and it is PERFECT! I am ecstatic to have it back to the level of quality I would expect out of a Cadillac and it took multiple Cadillac dealers not being able to fix it before coming here.

I also took some time to speak to Laura in sales and she was VERY kind! I work in Automotive sales also and I value honesty and integrity and not only does Laura have those traits but the entire dealership did as well.

I will most definitely send people here and be back in the future.
