Horrible stay! I got 2 rooms, had to be moved from...

Horrible stay! I got 2 rooms, had to be moved from my room cute little room to another room due to an electrical outlet not functioning and the phone not working and a lamp not working (lets just say the room didn t work)

So I was moved to a New room and there is a heating notice that states Due to current cold weather conditions do not turn your heat up past 74 degrees or your heat may turn off.... added insult I m cold, dirty towels, 2 pillows on a king size bed, and you don t have access to the kitchen for sugar....

The room next to my new room 326 was under repairs..... but you could smell smoke coming out of it...... so I guess this was the new smoke room.

When I went down to ask for some of this stuff, I could not get much help cause the staff member was dealing with an emergency ( guess they past out due to the room conditions or maybe froze who knows).

Then when I the agency I booked through they called the hotel on it, the front desk lady Donna basically said I was a liar and my room was GREAT!!!! Never EVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!
