I cannot stress enough how you should avoid this company. Completely unprofessional. They have a contract to mow my neighbors home for the past few years. Because of their complete disregard and incompetence, they use a huge driving mower that is far too big to fit between our houses. Every time they try to go between our house to reach the backyard, they end up ripping our downspout off the house. Literally every time. Not once have they ever tried to put it back. They also run over our flower bed each time. 3 weeks ago they ended up destroying my interlock driveway. When they were trying to force their machine between the houses again, the front of the tractor ripped a few pavers out of the driveway. They never even bothered to alert us. They left it as is. No apology, nothing. They finished and drove away. I ended up contacting their supervisor, who came by to see the damage. He admitted fault and said they would send someone to fix it right away. 3 weeks passed..nothing. I followed up and they finally sent someone to fix it. They literally just laid the stone back, and walked away. No leveling, no sand between the pavers, nothing. The stones are 2 inches higher than the rest. It was shocking. What a joke. I m not finished dealing with these guys. Anyway, avoid at all costs.
