To whom this may concern,
Very upsetting when I called to report a stray that got hit by a car and was told they could not do anything about this since it was not contained. How am I supposed to contain a dog that s scared and in pain?! Cindy was no help on the phone. I ve called plenty of other times about strays and they send a dispatch within the area and look for the dog. That s your job right? I don t have the proper tools like the animal officers do. I m not putting myself in danger when that s your job! I can t believe they ll just let the poor dog suffer. So upset with LCDAS. I ve never had an experience like I just did.
