I flew a long way across the ocean to Lake Louise....

I flew a long way across the ocean to Lake Louise. And was expecting too much from the place. Room is good, but not spacious. Bathroom is huge and get both shower and jacuzzi, which was great!
We arrived late and had a late dinner in the lounge on 9/27/2016. Food was barely warm, and most of all, SAW A MOUSE RUNNING in the restaurant while eating! A couple sitting at the corner told the waitress, Axxx, about it. And surprisingly, she seems to be very calm and no feedback at all. We are really disappointed and shocked at this!
