They had the car for 2 days and said it was ready....

They had the car for 2 days and said it was ready. We went to pick it up only to realize the air conditioner still didn't work. That was $1,200 later. So we had to leave it again. Shouldn't the air conditioner been checked to make sure it worked before calling us. Not too happy.
