I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu just this Sat...

I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu just this Saturday 9-16-17 and did not appreciate everyone from the Sales people to the Management and Finance Employees who all mislead my wife and I on the extended warranty as a requirement from GM Financial to approve the loan. If I would have been told that was the case I would not have moved forward with the purchase at all. While the warranty is a good investment, what did not sit well with me is how they failed to be open about the requirement from the lender at all. Not an honest business practice at all and not only does it reflect poorly on the individual Employees but on the Gateway Team as a whole, as each Employee is also an extension of the Company by representation. I feel like I as a consumer have been taken advantage of, not happy at all with my experience this weekend.
