purchased HTC one A9 within 3 months had a issue of mic for which i submitted my handset at htc service centre at mumbai on 30th june and got it back after 16 days. After 18 days from date of repair i face same problem of mic so i again give it to htc on 9th august 2016 and till date i dint get my handset back and the excuse given by the call centre executive since last 10 days is that they dont have spares it will take more time.
since last 4 years i was using different htc models but after this incident i requst not to take HTC mobiles anymore because we don't get return what we pay for.
