Daniel and his team at Artesian title are spectacular. I just closed on my first home with Daniel today and if I could give 10 stars I would. Any properties I'm involved with in the future will only be with Artesian Title. The stress of buying a home is unreal so to work with such an incredible team that made the rest of the process seamless is priceless. They answered all my questions quickly and explained step by step what I should expect which assuaged any worries I might have. Again, the care they took made me feel confident in the process. And to say Daniel is a warm, caring, jovial professional is an understatement. He immediately puts you at ease and makes closing a breeze. Wonderful experience. Look no further.
