I would like to share my experience with Microgenesis Techsoft.
Recently, Microgenesis arranged an interview with Mercedes company for the position of "German support L1". I received a call from Microgenesis company employee Miss. Chandana (designation. HR) and made an interview schedule with Mercedes company. One day before the interview, I received a call from Mr. Pramod Kumar (Microgenesis employee), who is from Microgenesis company and explained that I am responsible person for me and the position is full time. But the mentioned interview date with Mercedes is wrong and he is unaware of Miss.Chandana who is also a Microgenesis emplooyee. Later my interview with Mercedes, I made a calls to Mr. Pramod for two days but no response from him. But Miss. Chandana replied to my call and she will let me know the update from Mercedes. After two days I mailed her to know the feedback from the company but no response from her too.

By the way I am expert in German language and I worked in Germany for more than 5 years. I would like to share this experience so that u will be aware with the Microgenesis employee behavior and I expect a good response in future for the job seekers, if the Microgenesis management read my review and make corrections.
