Worst dealership experience I ve ever had, I highly recommend avoiding Monroe Dodge and going to another Dodge dealership. The sales representative I dealt with was extremely pushy and wouldn t show me the vehicle I wanted to look at. Instead they kept trying to get me into a Dodge Dart or Chrysler 200. At one point I over heard the sales managers saying I don t care what he wants to look at get him into a 200! I was looking at purchasing a Chrysler 300. I walked out of the dealership and went and bought a Brand new 2017 Focus ST no problem. The service dept. is also a joke as well. My mother went in for brakes and rotors and they quoted almost $1800 w/ her Chrysler employee discount for the parts. She was also scammed into cheap tires for triple the cost of what they re worth.
