On July 4, I went to this dealership to buy a vehicle that I already had picked out. The staff were not helpful, and some were downright belligerent. Adam, the sales manager, displayed no negotiating skills or people skills whatsoever. After making the deal, we waited for an hour and a half to talk to a finance person. During that time we were frequently lied to about how long it would take. We were told, it will just be a few more minutes . After leaving the dealership with the car, I contacted the online person that I had dealt with previously to explain my dissatisfaction. Jeanette asked me not to leave a bad review until I was able to speak to her manager, Jamie. Five days later, I finally received an email from Jamie saying he was passing the buck to the general manager. No one has contacted me.
