Strange company. A day before the treatment, I still have not been asked if it all would or would not go on. After the third (tear fluid) schirmer test, I indicated in advance in the room that the room there was extremely dry. The woman in the room pressed one button (of the climate control) and thought that the problem had been solved immediately. The employee does not understand climate. I have also indicated this later by telephone that the room in which the tears are tested is not in order (read: sauna) and that it is rather a shame for me to travel to Amsterdam from there. That would be a shame for the patronage, I thought. Ms. Carnaval, an employee from Brabant, said that they had enough customers. Is that right? That is beautiful. Because then I do not choose Vision. I have indeed obtained the Schirmertest at a Dutch clinic in Hilversum and Velp. The funny thing is, when I wanted to show research results from the other clinic to test the reliability and validity, they had no interest at all. So in fact they play with your senses and are not open to data from outside.
Facts at a glance:
- First appointment was moved one month (!) Later
- The Personal Treatment is admitted by them that it is a sandwich monkey. An employee believes that the added value is 5% in THEORY. She also admitted that it is up-sell.
- I am not satisfied with the communicative skills of the employees. In my opinion, the Amsterdam employees talk too quickly. Information is all about you.
