Mingalabar. It was a wonderful stay for my sister and I ... while Sule Shangrila was not as new as Pan Pacific down the road, it has managed to retain a delightful old world charm and ambience. Both of us were especially impressed by the hospitality, personal touches in the room and attention to details shown by all the staff from the moment we enter until we left. The spread during breakfast and at the club lounge were very good.

Some suggestions for improvement:
1. It will be wonderful if a bidet is installed next to the toilet cistern
2. It will be even better if the entrance to the spa and sauna is more private so that hotel guests do not have to walk by the gym to go in and out of sauna and steam room.
