It doesn't deserve to be the starting point of U.S. route 3.

"US 3 begins in the south along Memorial Drive in Cambridge, along the Charles River, at an interchange with Massachusetts Avenue (Route 2A)."

If you just read wikipedia and don't look at the map, you will never know that U.S. route 3 starts on its campus. Shame.
