Not a typical car dealer experience. Overall a better than average experience. Nice folks but...
1. Being an Audi there are certain things that require a lot of setup with the infotainment system. This was only done partially requiring me to visit another dealer who, although helpful in the end, was reluctant to help because I didn t buy the vehicle there and they felt the original dealer should have done it (I agree but the much longer drive wasn t worth the headache).
2. Not really a negotiation type of dealer. Wouldn t budge on price or trade in value. Not the end of the world but more trade value should have been possible.
3. Finance department was supposed to send better copies of certain documents that are still printed in quadruple on a dot matrix printer! Yikes, it s nearly 2021 and we re still using this technology. Anyway, I still have not received the legible copies and it s been many days.
