I wish I could give 4.5, but it won't let me! We've been to this location several times, both with and without an appointment. Of course, the times we've come in without an appointment, yes, the wait time was way longer than when you have one (which is to be expected). But overall, we've been very pleased with the service and convenience of this hospital. We've seen a different vet each time, which is kind of a bummer, because we really liked the first one we had, but hey. They have THE best prices anywhere. Prices are listed right on their website to take guesswork out of it, which I absolutely love. Because it's geared for low-income pet owners, there's no price gauging like at regular vet offices. They also don't push and guilt you into a million tests, because they know people can't afford it. Even the prices for medicine and flea preventatives is kept low. It's truly a breath of fresh air, after having been to many clinics where you leave with a hole in your wallet. It's a nice place, very modern and clean, and is very easily accessible. We drive from across the river to go to it, because it's worth it.
