Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with the restaurant on May 9th. We ordered for pickup (as that was the only option at the time). After waiting in an extremely long line to pick up our food, we came home to find that one of the entrees was missing (the crab cakes, a double order, no less) and the steak was missing the fries that we were supposed to receive with it. We called to correct the mistake and received a message that they were not taking any further orders. We drove there and after repeatedly knocking on the door could not get anyone to answer even though we could tell there were people in the restaurant. We had to get food from another restaurant to replace what was missing from our order. We tried to call on May 10th to get a credit, however, we got the same message. We were able to finally speak to a manager on May 11th after holding for over 18 minutes. That manager said that since he was out of the restaurant, he would call us back in an hour. We never received a return call. We finally spoke with a different manager on May 12th and were able to receive a partial credit for our order. We didn't even get our full meals refunded! And after we had to harass them, they didn't even do a bare minimum to make it up to us. We understand that during these trying times we have to be especially patient, but we really feel that management failed and handled the mistake they made horribly. I would seriously suggest rethinking visiting this restaurant.
