We were having major issues with the doorbell came...

We were having major issues with the doorbell camera. We sent a message through the AMP app. We received a callback 2 days later from Armida.. she was very friendly. Repeated back our issues so she had a clear understanding of all of the issues. She was very knowledgeable and it seems to be working. She let us know that the device only had about 75% wireless internet support. She ran some tests. Gave us information on how to check and make updates on the website. It seems changes via the app work as well as every other companies apps. Use the website
