Took in a 2019 Titan for routine oil change and tire rotation and balance- service tech named Rafael wanted me to say the truck was pulling (if they called me)to the right (which it was not) Just to charge the fleet account. Took the truck back because now is vibrating and now actually pulling to the right. Took the truck back to claim the wrong doing- Another service tech named Pedro stated the truck needs new tires and that is the reason for pulling to the right. Truck only has 20k miles very shady business indeed- not happy at all. Now the fleet service is investigating the situation and the bill for the alignment
