Will never use this company again and would not recommend to anyone. The gas engineer offered a distinctly average service. After his visit we later discovered that we had no hot water or heating. We called the office and were told that we couldn't prove the hot water and heating problems occured after the plumber's visit and for all they knew the heating and hot water weren't working before they came out!?! This was most certainly not the case! We had called them out to simply reconnect our newly sited gas meter to our boiler which was in perfect working order before they arrived!! So basically they are saying that I am dishonest and a liar!!!!
We insisted that they they return to fix the problem which we begrudgingly agreed to pay for. That was over 24 hours ago and we've heard nothing since so have no hot water or heating. So much for advertising 24 hours emergency call out!!!!
The phrase "don't touch with a barge pole" springs to mind. Totally disgusted.
