Pam was an amazing instructor! There were 8 of us getting certified that day and everyone of us gained a lot of valuable information and hands on training. We were able to schedule our certification for after hours so it wouldn't interrupt our normal business hours. Pam made the experience, super friendly and attentive. Thanks Pam!
