I had a 10 am appointment for air bag safety recall. My service advisor was not around when I arrived. Another service advisor offered to help. That's why I rate 2 stars and not 1 star. He got my paperwork and got the truck moved into the shop. No loaner cars available, ugh, so he called Enterprise rental car, they came and picked me up, took me to Enterprise. Did not have RO or PO number, so had to call back to Erdman to get that. Finally on my way at 10:45. Called at 2pm, since this was to be "no more than 4 hours", my service advisor was not around. Did not get a call for the next 1 1/2 hours. Called again, spoke to service advisor, he said it should be done by 4pm. Dropped rental car at Enterprise, got a ride over to Erdman, only to learn that they did not have the right part for my truck. Really? So we will have to reschedule. Not sure what their compensation is, when a customer loses a day of work with no repair done.
