In the beginning klements was a good place to work, but then it became a high school play ground for immature and non quality workers that didn't put quality ,safety, and perfessiolism first. They allowed people to eat product while packageing, food was dropped in packages and not sanitized before package,superviors didn't act like they wanted to manage and they allowed couples to work together which cause a hostile environment for those who came to work and not start trouble. Temperary workers are put in harms way, if a regular worker didn't like you they would gang up on you if they felt like you were a better worker then them. Higher up management would post management that didn't follow rules or failed to follow rules then the management would take it out on the workers temps and regular workers. Management not to keen on handleing arguments of people that have low self esteem that try to keep the hard workers from being harrasement. I got the feeling that they were not happy, because everyday I always heard management say nothing was going to change, so the best thing to do was not say anything. What a shame.
