We stayed at the River Terrace Inn in Napa. So bad...

We stayed at the River Terrace Inn in Napa. So badly named. Our room did not have a view which we had requested. An inn is supposed to be a place of hospitality. We had no help with our bags either in nor out ( we are 67 & 72). We did get a tiny glass of poor wine on arrival but then found any water in our room was either 2 or five dollars per bottle. We had previously stayed at the RUI Sheraton in San Francisco where bottles of water were given freely. And to top it all from really early in the day, constant dreadful music everywhere in the hotel including our room so you had to get out or go mad. Then they wanted to charge us 28 dollars extra for stuff we hadn't used. Fortunately our paperwork showed we owed nothing.
